Safety Information
Your baby’s safety is our top priority. The Wild Bloom Ring Sling is acknowledged as “Hip-Healthy” by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute, supporting your little one’s healthy hip development from day one.
- Recommended age: Newborn to 36 months
- Weight range: Up to 16 kg (approx. 35 lbs)
- Standards: Meets ASTM F2907 safety standard for full-term babies
We encourage caregivers to always consider their baby’s overall size, strength, and readiness to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. Your baby’s head and airways should remain visible and above the top edge of the sling at all times.
Carrying positions: Front or hip carry.

Most newborns can be worn right from birth. Wildbloom Wraps and Ring Slings create a womb-like environment, offering comfort and closeness during your baby’s early months. Both are safety-tested for babies from 3.5 kg (8 lbs) up to 25 kg (55 lbs), taking you from newborn through toddlerhood. If your baby has health concerns or weighs less than 3 kg (8 lbs), consult your healthcare professional before starting.
Wildbloom carriers are made from OEKO-TEX® certified 100% stonewashed linen, crafted in a family-run European atelier committed to ethical, sustainable production. Linen is breathable, temperature-regulating, and moisture-wicking — keeping you and your baby cool in summer, warm in winter, and comfortable year-round. Ring Slings are especially quick and easy to use, with less fabric to manage, while Wraps offer versatile carrying positions for every stage. Both soften with use and are designed to fit all body types
Machine wash on gentle at 40°C/104°F (or cool water for slings), avoid bleach or softeners, and air dry flat or in shade. Unthread Ring Slings before washing; you may cover rings with a sock while drying. Linen naturally wrinkles but softens beautifully over time. All Wildbloom products are pre-washed and ready to use from the box. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with free replacements for defective items.
