Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered in Europe only.

DISPATCH COSTS (inclusive of legally applicable VAT):

Domestic deliveries in Germany:
We charge the following shipping fees for domestic shipping within Germany:

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the package.

"Signature Collection" is sent from German address.

Deliveries to Norway:
For Norwegian customers exclusively we send "Signature Collection" and all handmade products from a Norwegian address, to spare our Norwegian customers for toll fees. This is only as long as stock in Norway lasts. When a product is out of stock, it is being sent from Germany without any premonition - Toll customs & fees might occur.

Deliveries to the European Union:

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the package.

Deliveries to Switzerland:
There might be customs and/or fees for orders being sent to Switzerland. Please check this site for information.

Delivery of download items:

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 24 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.

This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorization).

The customers can download the Download items in their customer accounts.

This Download is provided within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorization).

The customers are also informed about the provision via email.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within ca. 4 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within ca. 5-14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

the package will follow the delivery times of the shipping courier and any delay is not the reaponsibility of Wild Bloom. 

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

For handmade products there appear individual delivery times.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
