Privacy Policy / Data Protection Declaration
Unless stated otherwise below, providing your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary to conclude a contract. You are not obliged to provide your data, and not doing so will have no consequences — except where individual sections below state otherwise.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Server Log Files
You can visit our website without submitting any personal data. Each time our website is accessed, your browser automatically transmits usage data that is stored in server log files. This includes the name of the page visited, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. This data is used solely to ensure smooth operation of the website and to improve our service. It cannot be attributed to any specific person.
Contact Form
When you use our contact form, we collect only the personal data you provide (name, email address, message). This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us — this does not affect the legality of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Your email address is used only to handle your request. Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been resolved, unless you have agreed to further use.
Customer Account
When you create a customer account, we collect the personal data specified during registration. This data is processed to improve your shopping experience and simplify order handling, based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, after which your account will be deleted.
Orders
When you place an order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil and process your order. Providing this data is required to conclude a contract — without it, no contract can be entered into. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where necessary for contract fulfilment. This may include service partners in the following categories: shipping providers, payment service providers, order management providers, web hosts, IT service providers, and dropshipping partners. We comply strictly with all legal requirements, and data sharing is kept to a minimum.
Newsletter
We use your email address to send our newsletter only if you have explicitly agreed to receive it. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time — by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or by contacting us directly. Your email address will then be removed from our mailing list. Your data is shared with an email marketing service provider for this purpose only and not passed on to any other third parties.
Direct Marketing by Email
We may use your email address — obtained during a purchase — to send you marketing about similar products or services, unless you have opted out. Providing your email address is required to complete a purchase. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in direct marketing). You may object to this use of your email at any time by contacting us or by using the opt-out link in any marketing email. No costs other than standard transmission fees apply.
PayPal
All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy, available at https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. Cookies allow our systems to recognise your browser across page changes and to offer you relevant services. Some features of our website require cookies to function.
We also use cookies to analyse visitor behaviour and to show interest-based advertising on other websites. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data collected this way is pseudonymised and cannot be linked to you personally, and is not stored alongside other personal data.
You have full control over cookies through your browser settings. You can prevent cookies from being stored or delete existing ones at any time. Please note that disabling cookies may limit some website functionality.
How to manage cookies in major browsers:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how visitors use our website. The information generated is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. IP anonymisation is enabled, meaning your IP address is shortened within the EU before transmission. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use Google AdWords and its conversion tracking feature. When you click a Google ad, a conversion cookie is placed on your device. This cookie has a limited lifespan, contains no personal data, and cannot be used for identification. It helps us understand how many users clicked an ad and reached a specific page. No personal information is obtained. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922. You can also opt out of third-party cookies via the Network Advertising Initiative at: https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.
YouTube
Our website uses YouTube's video embedding feature (YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA — a subsidiary of Google Inc.). Videos are displayed in an iFrame with enhanced privacy mode enabled, meaning YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they actively play a video. More information: https://www.youtube.com/t/privacy.
Data Retention
After a contract is completed, your data is retained for the duration of the statutory warranty period, and then in accordance with applicable legal retention periods (particularly tax and commercial law). Once these periods have elapsed, your data is deleted unless you have agreed to further use.
Your Rights
Where the legal conditions are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15–20 GDPR:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
You also have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to processing for direct marketing purposes under Art. 21(1) GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in our Legal Notice.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR if you believe your personal data is not being processed lawfully.
Right to Object
Where data processing is based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. If your objection is upheld, we will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is necessary for legal claims.
If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time. We will then stop processing your data for that purpose.
