Right of Revocation for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. Businesses purchasing in the name of their company are excluded from the right of revocation by law.
Your Right to Revoke
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which:
- you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods — for single or uniformly delivered orders;
- you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last item — if multiple items from one order are delivered separately;
- you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last part or unit — if a product is delivered in multiple instalments.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us by a clear written statement (e.g. letter, fax, or email):

You may use the specimen revocation form at the bottom of this page, though it is not required. It is sufficient to send your revocation notice before the fourteen-day period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your revocation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return — whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns must be sent with insurance and shipment tracking.The risk during return shipping lies entirely with you. If the shipment does not reach us, you are responsible for ensuring it arrives within a reasonable timeframe and in undamaged condition. Goods remain our property until received back in proper condition. If goods are not returned or arrive damaged, the full purchase price remains due.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the condition, features, and functionality of the product.
Exclusions from the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to:
- All handmade items, plant-dyed items, items sewn with lace, custom orders, or any product that is not part of the standard "Signature Collection". This includes Signature Collection items that have been further customised (e.g. with lace or other additions).
- Goods that are not prefabricated and are made to individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
- Goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts).
The right of revocation expires early for:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return on health or hygiene grounds, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
